THIRD VICTORY FOR TOSHA IN THE BAJA ARAGÓN

Tosha Schareina (Honda) scored another win in the second stage of the race, marking his third consecutive victory in the Baja España Aragón. The Valencian rider has been the fastest throughout the weekend in the motorbike category, and this morning, he once again confirmed his dominance with a victory in the Torrijo del Campo-Cella special, the last stage of the race.

Edgar Canet (KTM) finished second, two minutes and twenty-one seconds behind Schareina, while Lorenzo Santolino (Sherco) took third place overall, almost ten minutes behind the winner.

Tosha Schareina: “This year was very tough, we’ve been able to keep it together and I’m very proud to have a race at this level here in Teruel and Spain. Today it was a bit harder than yesterday because, even if the cars had passed earlier, we had better lines and we could go a bit faster with the big bikes, so today it was a bit harder for me, but I’m very happy.”

In the FIM Quad World Cup, Jérôme Connart took his first win in the Baja España Aragón after being the fastest once again in the last 100 kilometers of the third special. Second place went to Toni Vingut and third overall to Marcin Wilkolek.

Sara García finished the Baja España Aragón with a victory in the FIM Bajas Women’s World Cup. In the Spanish TT MaxiTrail Championship, Joan Pedrero (Harley Davidson) won the overall classification ahead of Jordi Quer (KTM) and Pep Mas (Aprilia). In the Spanish TT Trail +450cc Championship, Cristian España was the winner.
